- I have taught ESL around the world over the course of the last 30 years. A group of teachers at my college decided to start a band a few years ago. I had never played drums before, but since we had a drumset at home (I have two drumming sons) I spontaneously volunteered to learn and have never looked back! Our band is called Les Mûrs du son and we have a blast!

Thanks for your comments....I wish I had innate talent in music as it would make the drumming so much easier. But I have a lot of fun and I've learned that the dynamics of the band (like the dynamics of the EVOs) make us propel each other forward in ways we never would have dreamed possible. It's amazing what you can do with a little help from your friends!
